Our Story
Women Who Advise is a new group for women financial advisors founded by women financial advisors with the goal of elevating women in our community through building relationships and sharing ideas. Our hope is to close the gap between the percentage of women controlling wealth and the women advising them.
We envision women from all firms including independents coming together for mentoring opportunities, networking, and rallying our collective talents to make an impact in local communities. We also want to make a difference and introduce girls and young women to the field of financial advising.
Our mission is to help women manage their career, grow their business, and support the next generation of women advisors.

Giving Back Corner
We announced a goal to impact 100 young girls and ladies. We started with 16 Girls Scouts of Chicago and Greater Indiana who invited Women Who Advise to share 'A Day In The Life of a Financial Advisor!'
First session we shared our background, our path into this business, and how rewarding it is to help people on a daily basis.
Second session focused on introducing the girls and ladies to key financial terms.
Women Who Advise members are hopeful that our conversations sparked some interest in the girls and ladies and hope they feel more comfortable with discussions about money and or becoming an advisor one day.
We welcome connections to other groups of girls and ladies where we can make an impact.
